If you find yourself dissatisfied after the initial session, I'll refund your payment entirely, no questions asked. It's important to mention that there won't be refunds for missed sessions. However, to make sure you access valuable content, I'll send you a recording of the teaching segment following each session. Remember, you have the right to end our coaching relationship whenever you choose. After the initial session, if either of us feels group coaching isn't the right fit, I'll issue a refund for any remaining incomplete sessions, calculated on a prorated basis.
