What is expected of me during the program?

To make the most of the course, every participant is expected to accomplish the following weekly:

- Finish one chapter of assigned reading

- Watch a 15-20 minute video module

- Complete the designated reflective journaling exercise

- Attend the weekly live community sessions via Zoom


What occurs if I am unable to attend a class?

The community teaching segment only for each week's class is recorded and uploaded the following day for those who missed the live session. However, please note that interactive community segments are not recorded to maintain confidentiality.


Is there any required preparation before the first class?

No preliminary reading or work is necessary, but you will receive the Get Up Girl book and a digital copy of the workbook, both of which are essential for the ongoing program.


What if I have a question or need support?

Join the weekly live group coaching sessions for questions on the lessons or to share insights with the community. Contact Tracy @t

How large will the coaching program be?

Maximum of 20–25 participants over the 12-week cycle.


Is there homework?

There will be weekly non-graded journaling assignments for each module. Homework will be discussed during the weekly community sessions.


When are live coaching classes held? 

The weekly community classes are held via Zoom. Classes are held virtually and accessible through the Teachable.com platform.


Are there responsibilities outside of watching the videos?

Yes. There is a live reflective Zoom discussion held on Mondays 7pm - 8:30pm PT to reinforce the week's module.


Do women need to be Christian to participate?

The principles and teachings are based on the Christian faith, but you do not need to be Christian to participate.


Are there assessments required?

There are no tests or quizzes required for this program.
